What you get

A clear plan, not a scary checklist.

We look up the documented hazards for your exact location, compare them with what your household already has, and give you the few steps that matter most. Most can be done this weekend.

  • Your water number. Exactly how many gallons your family needs, and which nearby sources are and aren't safe to drink.
  • Your power plan. What your generator or batteries can carry, and how to avoid carbon monoxide risks.
  • Your local facts. Flood zone, hazard ratings, nearest emergency rooms, and your NOAA Weather Radio frequency.
  • Your shopping list. Only what you're missing, sized for your household, with links.

No. We don't forecast events or repeat rumors. We describe the documented risks for your area and help you prepare for outages and emergencies that genuinely happen.
Where does the data come from?
FEMA, the National Weather Service, USGS, the Census Bureau, EPA, CMS and OpenStreetMap. Every fact in your report lists its source and date.
What if data is missing for my address?
We say so plainly and tell you how to find out, instead of guessing.
What happens to my information?
It's encrypted, used only for your report, and you can delete it any time. We never sell it.
Is there a subscription?
No. $29.99 once. If it isn't useful, ask for a refund within 14 days.
